With a drive underway to promote their new show homes throughout New
Zealand, Firth 'Mode' masonry villa's needed to monitor their potentional target customers and manage an on-going
relationship with those that they turn into clients.
Solution:
Break the problem down into two software specific software packages
that talked to each other as required.
The first package is used to log the large number of showhome visitors and map their
market statistic's. This package
included a variety of reporting features and facilities for producing 'mail-outs' after the initial contact.
The second package is an all encompassing client management system. When the contact becomes a client their details
were downloaded into the more extensive system. This package allows the Firth Project Managers too:
Maintain full details of each client, their developments, correspondence, etc. in one
central location.
Write and send standard form letters to any grouping of clients.
Maintain correspondence by letters, faxes or even keep notes about meetings.
Maintain records of telephone calls made and set alarms to ensure essential backup
call are not forgotten.
Maintain lists of consultants and suppliers related to each project whether they be inside
or outside the 'Firth' group of companies to ensure important contacts are not forgotten.
