"Management Module"
The Management Module is used by senior staff to summarise their employees
timesheets. The system works by extracting a copy of the relevant information
located in the individuals timesheet databases and merging these details into a
series of reports.
As this process of obtaining the relevant information over a computer
network can be an extensive process (depending on your computer network and
number of staff) you should only do it when required. Refer to the Employee
Configuration section for how to refresh the data.

This advanced package allows the user too:

Print Summary reports of a specific project - listing times, expenses,
notes grouped by employee name and month along with any invoice
details.

Print a series of summary reports on all projects worked on during a
selected month (one button click).

Create and print Invoices along with summaries of invoice status.

Add details of invoices created in other accounting software packages so
that the project summary report presents a complete picture of the current
situation.
