"TimeSheet" Package

The Consult 2.0 Timesheet module is used by each employee or staff member to enter time and expense details for the projects they have been working on. Each staff member should have their own version setup on their desktop.

In this software package the user can:

• Enter 'times' details. Enter details about time spent on each project along with the type of work undertaken.

• Enter 'expense' details. View and enter details about expenses that you would like to a specific project

• View 'project' details. Address, contact numbers, names and allocated staff details.

• View 'contact' details.  Street and postal addresses, contact names and numbers.

The information stored and displayed in this software is maintained in a series of database files. It is recommended that you review the 'Setting Up Your Office' section of this help system to better understand how to best configure the system for your requirements.
