Archiving Projects:
"Management Module" (effects "TimeSheet"
Package)
The Management Module allows users to reduce the project or job list to a
manageable by marking specific projects as 'archived'. This does not
delete or remove any information but marks the job for exclusion from any
project lists. Logically you would 'archive' any old project once completed.
All employees connected to the current project database will be effected
when a project is marked as archived. The time at which this change may take
effect could vary between users (depending on what they are doing). It is
recommended that there be no users connected to the project file when you are
undertaking this maintenance works.

Open the above form by selecting 'Archive Projects' item from the
configuration section of the 'Project Database File menu. Archive a project by selecting
one of more projects from the list provided and
clicking the 'Archive/De-Archive Selection' button.
To return a project from the archives, pick the "Display Archived
Projects" option, select the desired project and once again click the 'Archive/De-Archive
Selection' button.
