Add or Editing Projects:
"TimeSheet" Package and "Management
Module"
The 'Project Details' form allows the user to enter or edit project details. To step through the list use the navigation buttons explained
below or select the project name from the 'Find' list box at the top
right.
To add a record click the 'Add New' button and the 'Delete' button to delete
the current record.
On selecting a 'Client Name' from the drop down list a connection is formed
between between the two. To add additional contacts to this 'Client list' click
on the 'Add/Edit Contact' button to enter the 'Contacts'
form.

Navigation throught
the list of contacts is by clicking the one of the buttons at the bottom of the
form:
Takes the user to the first record in the list.
Takes the user to the previous record.
Takes the user to the next record.
Takes you to the last record in the list.
The 'Staff Allocations' tab allows the designation of
staff to positions (official or not) for the project. This list is editable by
selecting the 'Add/Edit Staff List'
button.

Project Numbers:
Each Project is identified by a project or job number. This value can be
entered maunally when adding a new project or left to automatically generate
it's own value. This value is automatically '1' larger that the current biggest
project number in the system. Logically if you have a large list of Projects to
enter into the system, enter the smallest number first and the system will
automatically increment as you go.
Associated Companies and Staff Allocation Field Names:
The field names used to describe the four associated companies and staff
members can be revised for each project database file.
