"Consult 2.0" Timesheet Software

Software developed to help the consultant manage time and expense information.

The package comes in two modules - the 'TimeSheet' front end used by each employee to input time and expense information and the back end 'Management Module' used by managers to assess and control overall project costs.

Once the employee has entered their time and expense details for the project their manager can produce a summary report detailing the time and costs of each employee broken down by month and type of work.

The main features of "Consult 2.0" timesheet package include:

Simple time and expenses entry method against any selected project.
Users can view project or job details and enter new projects into a single shared project database. This database can store a unlimited number of projects.
As with projects users can view and enter contact details into a common 'contacts' database. All users see the same up-to-date data (latest telephone numbers and addresses).
System is designed to run over your computer network so only a single copy of the base information is required and all summary reports reflect the latest information.
Single user or modular multi-user configurations available.
Each employee can configure and log time and expenses data against up to five companies.
Invoicing facilities included in 'Management Module'. Basic facilities to create your own or enter details about invoices created in other software packages (for details to be included in project summary Reports). Create reports on bad debts, invoices not paid, etc.
Management Module allows managers to produce a summary report on a specific project or select a date and the package will report on all projects worked on in that month.
System allows users to set and produce reports on the status of a project ('Stage of Works' classification).
On entering 'times' data users can classify the type of work undertaken ('Work Type' classification). This is then summarised in the project reports.
Facilities to produce printouts of project lists in a variety of formats.
Configuration facilities allow the user to revise the 'Work Type' and Stage of Works' classification lists along with a variety of other areas.
